For the kids

Good morning bloggers, I hope the day is being kind to you. I am soooooooooooooo relieved that it has cooled down, I can function properly again :o)
Happy Jubilee weekend to you all, I will think of you while I am at work this afternoon and Monday.
Onto my cards for today. I don't seem to do well on children's cards, I dread making them as much as some of you dread male cards LOL.

I can't believe it is 5 years since I took these photographs at Butterley Station, near Ripley, when they had a Thomas weekend. As usual, I have feathered the photographs in PSP and added the words in MS Word, then printed them onto the linen card which I cut and folded to 6x6. I haven't done the insides yet but they will have the same image tucked into a corner somwhere :o)

Terrific cards, Jackie, like how you've treated the photos and I think they are perfect for little ones. It's a lot cooler here too, such a relief, the swelling in my feet and legs will now go down to a tolerable level and I'll be able to get my shoes on again ... it's the little things that make life good :)) Elizabeth x

Squeal! I love them, Jackie! Don't know about being just for kids, I'd be so happy with one of these on my birthday. The feathering gives the photo a classic look, and who doesn't love Thomas? I'm singing the theme tune right now, lol.

It's cooled down here too which I find a blessing. Don't like my brain feeling baked! CoB
