Here they are, all 40 of them

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world...hugs.

After 3+ weeks of colouring, then folding, cutting, printing inserts and fitting them, here they are at last! Thank goodness that after all that, I do like them a lot, not often that I say that about my own work LOL.

Images are all from Karen's Doodles, printed straight onto white linen card, the coloured with Copics and Sakura Gelly Roll Stardust pens, then folded and cut to 7x5.
Font used for the text is Smarty Pants.
Glamour Dust adds a bit of sparkle but is not easily seen here!
Now I get to start on the remaining 6 card order, no colouring involved :o)

Finished at last

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world...hugs

I am happy to be able to tell you that I have at last finished all that colouring, and indeed I have now finished the first part of the card order so hopefully I will be able to show you on my next upload! Now I have a set of 6 more traditional Christmas card to make for the same customer, my cousin :o)

In the meantime here is another digi page of me to keep you going LOL.

This photograph was taken by my friend Jean when we were on a family history trip checking out gravestones. Sorry I can't remember the conversation, it was ten years ago, so I don't know what was amusing me at the time!
I only had a few minutes to spare so this is a cheat freebie background from Cajoline
All I had to do was add the photograph so it's not really my work, but at least it was something to upload! My apologies for not creating my own background this time but I only had all of 5 minutes to do it :o)

Sorry you are stuck with me this morning!

Good morning everyone, don't forget to put your clocks back tonight!

I am still colouring for that big order, so nothing new from me today, I created this digi page a couple of years ago but not sure that I blogged it, so my apologies if I did LOL.

If you don't want to be stuck with me then now is the time to avert your eyes...

Grand-daughter Sian took this photograph with my camera. No doubt you will recognise it from my avatar. It's the on;y photograph of me that I like :o)
Background is my own paper, I used the green from my shirt to create it.
Flutterbies, dragonfly and roses are my own photographs.
Page created in Paint Shop Pro, I used Papyrus, one of my favourite fonts, for the text :o)

A few photographs

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world...hugs.
I can't be;ieve that we will be putting the clocks back this weekend already. It doesn't seem 5 minutes since we put them forward!!!

Sorry I don't have a card to share today, so I have got a few photographs, taken at Elvaston Castle last month to keep you going LOL.

This is the tiny Moorish Temple which has recently been repaired at last.
These pics were taken with my Galaxy tablet.

Panoramic photograph taken with my little Fujifilm compact camera.
How strange that I have had this camera for more than two years and didn't realise I could take panoramic pics with it until I bought my tablet and it prompted me to check on both my cameras.
Must take my big camera out sometime soon and try it out with that one :o)

4x4 notecard

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world and you are not badly affected by the remnants of Hurricane Gonzalo...hugs

I made this little notecard weeks ago and never got around to uploading it while I was preoccupied with Christmas cards. At the moment this is the last one I have to show you whilst I am in the middle of a 40 Christmas card order and every one of them needs to be hand coloured so they are taking forever! I hope I will be able to get something made in very soon! At the moment I am about to start colouring #26 of the 40, then of course there is all the folding, cutting to size and inserts to do. Methinks I will be begging for mercy by the time I get to the end of them LOL.

Onto my little card for today.

This is Ganesh Vijay, he was born at Twycross Zoo in 2009, but sadly died about 18 months later! In this photograph he is only a few days old. I took a few more photographs when he was a month or so old so although he is gone he is not forgotten.
I designed the card in SCAL and cut it on the Cricut. My Cricut is the original one (nearly 8 years old) from before we could connect them to the internet so I can only cut smaller cards.
Printed onto white linen card and cut with Spellbinders. I hope you like it :o)

Foxglove

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world...hugs

My offering for today is a card I made a few weeks ago, but forgot all about while I've been playing with merged images and photographs LOL. By the way, I am playing about with different kinds of images at the moment so maybe there will be some more merged stuff later ;o)

On to my card for the day!

Base card is plain white A4 folded to A5.
The foxglove is from a photograph pic I took at Elvaston Castle a few summers ago, printed onto 160gsm white smooth card. Added the sentiment using Papyrus font, one of my favourites.
Flutterbies punched with Martha Stewart punch, and leaf vine cut with Memory Box.
Green card used is textured, bought from PDA some years ago. I have just about run out of it so need to have a trip there sometime soon.
Tiny sticky backed pearls from stash :o)

Retirement card

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world...hugs

I had to make this card in a hurry as I hadn't known in advance that this lady was retiring!

I cut an 8x8 card down to fit into a 7x7 envelope cuz I have lots of them that need to be used!
One again I have been visiting Karen's Doodles  and came up with this image, printed it onto smooth white card then coloured it with copics.
Backing is white pearlised card embossed with Emosslicious 8x8 folder.
Sentiment is computer generated using Dauphin font,  and is what I say to myself quite frequently LOL.
Corner cut with an ancient Provocraft die.
Paper inside designed by me using one of my old rose photographs :o)

Desert Island birthday

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world and you haven't got any storm/rain damage...hugs.

My card for today is the last of my digi image merges for now, I have run out of suitable images! Hopefully I will find some more before long LOL.

Not really much to say about it, couldn't be simpler!
White linen card folded and cut to my favourite 7x5.
The photograph is one I took at Caister 1n 2009, just at the end of the caravan park where 7 of us stayed for a 5 day crafting holiday!
Digi image is another one from Karen's Doodles, merged, with the photograph, then printed onto the same line card.
Image coloured with Copics, sentiment is computer generated using Papyrus font.
Blue card is from the scrap box :o)

Ollie and Olga are merged onto my own photograph, taken on the nature trail at Elvaston Castle years ago, then printed onto the same linencard.
Image coloured with copics.

Christmas 72.....

.....and finally, this is my last Christmas card of the year for my own use!

Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well, or getting there...hugs.
Not too impressed with the dark wet days at the moment, but then, it is Autimn now!

Onto my card for today. You've seen these snowfolk before but this time they are printed straight onto the white linen card.

Coloured with Copics and Sakura pens, with a dash of Glamour Dust to finish them off. Sentiment is computer generated using the Smarty Pants font. I now have to make 21 for my cousin, that is 7 each of the singing snowfolk, the singing giraffes and the joy snowman. Many thanks for all the lovely comments on my previous cards, and for any that you leave on this one :o)

Herbert's in Love

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your world...hugs

Back to playing with merging digi images with my own photographs for this one, I do so love doing these type of cards :o)

I really couldn't resist this image of Herbert with the love of his life when I saw it, don't they make a cute couple?
Image once again from Karen's Doodles, they are perfect for merging. Photograph is one I took at Belper River Gardens a couple of years or so ago, with the bandstand in the background.
Coloured the happy couple with Copics and Sakura pens
Sentiment is computer generated using Viner Hand font :o)

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well in your part of the world...hugs

Yes, it's those giraffes again, the ones that everyone seemed to love so much LOL.
Base card is white linen from The Range, folded and cut to my favourite 7x5.
Image from Karen's Doodles and  coloured with Copics.
Sentiment is computer generated using Smarty Pants font.
A smidgin of Glamour Dust to finish.
