Kedleston Hall DLO

Good morning Bloggers, I hope you are all warm and well. When I finished work at 9.30 last night I had to scrape the ice from the car windows before I could come home. It's really thick out there this morning BRRRRRRRRRRRR.
I have friends coming over today so there should be lots of chinwagging and laughter and who knows, maybe a little crafting :o)
My offering for today is a DLO using a few of the pics I took at Kedleston Hall last month.

I used 12x12 pale green Bazzill for the backgrounds and dark green card from stash for the mats. All photographs and mats were cut with Nesties and Grand Nesties and the leaf flourish is from Cheery Lynn. I designed the title in SCAL using Ryan font, and cut with the Cricut. I have yet to do the journalling and it will be hidden :o)

It was -5 this morning here Jackie, it will certainly bring a lot more leave down.

I like crisp understated feel to your layout.

A really elegant clean and simple layout - I like the font for the name of the hall! I really like the way you've linked the photos with the leaf flourishes! Fab!

Have a good time with your friends! It's been a while since I dropped by, but I've had a lovely wander through your posts! Thanks for taste of home xx

Hi Jackie, it's been cold here too, although thankfully today has been a little warmer. Winter draws on!

Lovely to see these layouts after we've already had the chance to admire the photos. What do you do with all the pages, have you got a whole bookshelf of albums by now?

Hope you had a fun day chinwagging with your friends :)

Hi Jackie, me again, thanks for dropping by and leaving me a comment, and a bigger thank you for pointing out my little typo. Honestly, I proof-read that post several times, but I guess my tired brain was only seeing what it expected to see. Now I'm wondering what other bloopers I've made that I didn't notice LOL. Have a good day, keep warm. Carole x
