Canada geese anniversary

Good morning Bloggers, I hope all is well in your world and you are all warm and safe...hugs.
I am a bit excited because I had my first little drive for weeks yesterday, just a short journey  to the post office, about 1.5 miles round trip, and there doesn't seem to be any damage done to my shoulder so today I will try just a little bit further. I am taking it just one step at a time as I don't want to end up back to square one!
Back to an anniversary card with my own photograph for the moment, I am still making up cards from the stuff I found so watch this space :o)

I took this photograph at Darley Abbey Mills last summer. The geese were perched on a log stuck at the top of the weir. As usual, the photograph was feathered in PSP and then printed onto Papermania textured card from the Capsule collection, the sentiment added using Viner Hand font, then cut out with Go Kreate dies and attached to the white lined base card which was folded and cut to 7x5. Foliage was cut with a Sizzix die that hadn't seen the light of day for a long while!  :o)

It's hard to keep the brakes on from doing things isn't it Jackie, good your taking it slowly, hopefully be up to speed again real soon, just in time for Spring and all those jaunts with your camera and not forgetting stop offs at browsing yummy craft stash!!!1 Gorgeous card, love the image for an Anniversary card and the Black and White, very striking. Another beautiful card - and all hidden away Jackie - naughty lady!! i wish my computer could take a programme that does such a brilliant job on photos. it is too old and any prog I download says "not suitable for this" - grrh so I suppose stick to paper and ink.

Hi Jackie...

Fabulous photos on your lovely cards as always... we have a tendency to photograph geese and ducks also.. ooh and swans too - who often like to pose!

Glad you're slowing getting moving again.. My OH had a frozen shoulder few years back and I know the pain he was in... so feel for you! One of the exercises he was given was to walk his hand slowly up a wall... hmmm know that sounds odd but you've probably been given the exercise anyway so will know what I'm talking about!

Hugs

Beautiful card and you know I always love your photography. I also love your word usage that we don't see in the states... Like weir...it could be a marsh but you make it sound pretty...haha. So glad you were able to drive a little bit without shoulder pain...next time ...2 miles...haha
