Good morning Bloggers, my apologies for being a bad blogger, I went back to work too early after my frozen shoulder with the result that I am nearly back to square one so it is difficult to sit at the computer more than a few minutes at a time because concentration keeps wandering through the pain :o(

Sending get well hugs, it is so difficult to gage when that type of injury is healed enough. I have found that acupuncture works best for me as the injections are not effective. Hope you recover quickly. xx Flora

Hmmm, too much too soon by the sound of it Jackie, you really do need to rest it and forget all about blog land until it's 100% again.
