Well, I have done my first shift at work for this year and it felt so good to go back. Yes, I really mean that LOL. January seemed like 6 months long and my first shift went by in a flash and I don't seem to have any ill effects so life is back to being good :o)
Anyhow, onto my card for today and the owl is back. I think it's a bit fussy but I will get over it LOL. I actually made this at the same time as the other one so that's my paper piecing done with for now :o)
all card used it Papermania textured card from the capsule collection.
I cut the white basecard to 5.5" with Go Kreate die on the Grand Calibur.
Owl stamped onto MME papers and hand cut then pieced together on Nestie cut backing.
SU sentiment stamp and punches.
Foliage cut with Cheery Lynn dies.
Flower punche with Woodware and Glossy Accents added to eyes :o)

Looks lovely. I know what you mean when you say you think it is fussy. I am the same when people ask for certain things - but actually it doesn't look fussy at all. I guess people see things differently and look at the overal effect. But you know how much you did - if that makes sense!
