Commissioned Christmas card

Good morning Bloggers, and welcome to my new follower. I seem to have lost one too!
What a glorious morning it is, wall to wall sunshine and blue skies, makes me feel so much more alive than yesterday's grey skies :o)
This is one of the cards I took to my Cousin's for her to choose from and she wants 20, she also chose 10 each of the church and Bethlehem ones from my 5 in 25 minutes post so I am in the process of making them!

For this one I used trees that I had cut yonks ago but for the 20 order I designed the tree in Scal and have cut them on my trusty old Cricut, all 60 of them. I had to put a new blade in for cutting the greeting though, poor thing was worn out LOL. My cousin loved the tumbling greeting, she thought it was great, and it was only tumbling because I couldn't fit it in so tried it and thought it looked a bit different from the norm! Trees and greeting are cut from MME and the base card is white linen folded and cut to 6x6. I hope you like it :o)

Lovely Christmas card Jackie... I like the three trees... think I did some with trees like that last year... but it was a Hero Arts die I used.. Glad your friend liked them... and well done on the order!

And yes.. FAB blue skies... but for some reason I slept in!!

I've been away again for a few days and have decided against trying to catch up with commenting on the cards posted while I was away this time... I'd be here all day if I did that as it took me ages last time!! So apologies, but I'm back now!! LOL

brilliant idea your cousin obvioulsy has great taste - the MME papers are just so colouirful - you were lucky your cricut didn't over heat with all that work you made it do!!!
best wishes Lesley x

Isn't this really effective Jackie and the way you have curved the sentiment looks most effective.

Lovely Christmas card Jackie, love the stripey look and the way you have done the sentiment. Too cold for my liking up here, grey skies and no Sun, what on earth is it playing at!! Carolxx

Wow...a tall order...no pun intended...haha Yes, the tumbling words are different and your reason made me giggle. I can certainly understand a new blade was needed. Well, nothing like Christmas in July!

Beautiful. The follower you lost was probably me Jackie. When I closed my blog - all my blog list disappeared too for some reason - slowly trying to find them all again!!
