Thank you and a card

Good morning Bloggers, many thanks for all the lovely messages. What a lovely, caring lot you all are :o)
I'm back, hopefully to stay. The doctor has put me off work until the 15th, then I'm on holiday for a week LOL. I have had more time off this year that in my entire working life and I'm not happy about it but I suppose that's what aging does for you! Never mind, the right shoulder was never as bad as the left and is recovering rapidly, thank goodness.
Hopefully I can get some crafting done now, but in the meantime, this is a card I made before my shoulder went daft on me!

Nothing really exciting, but it is, as usual, my own photograph, printed onto white linen card and cut with Grand Nesties, as is the brown mat and the base card, which is approx. 7x5. Sentiment is computer generated using the Dauphin font. A very simple card indeed.
I can't hope to catch up up on everything I have missed but I will do my best over the next few days :o)
Jackie xx

P.S. After all the hype about losing our reader lists etc it never happened, so glad I didn't listen and never joined up with any other  lists!

I thought just the same as your about Google Jackie, mind you I did panic a bit on Monday as I had nothing on my dashboard, but thankfully it came back Tuesday.

The nestie you have used compliments the shape of the duck perfectly.

Having been up close and personal to this lovely card, I can tell ya, Blogger isn't doing it justice at all! It looks GOOD here, but IRL it's AMAZING! xxx

Great card, the image shape is perfect with that Nestie. Poor you, yes getting older isn't much fun apart from reduced prices and retirement. Hope you are soon pain free. Don't worry about being off work, sometimes it happens. I hd 4 wks off three years ago, more than I had ever done all my working life. Take care of yourself xx
