.....when I was looking for something else, as you do LOL. It's at least 5 years since they saw the light of day!
Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well or getting there...hugs. At least there's no frost out there this morning although it is wet, as usual!
As the title says, I found my long neglected Tapestry stamps so though it was about time they saw some ink again, and here is the result!
Here is is, inside and out.
White linencard folded and cut to approx. 6x6.
Aperture cut with Nestie circle.
Stamped with Memento inkpads.Inside panel cut with scalloped Nestie circle then stamped. Sentiment is, I think, Penny Black, but not sure about that!
A very simple one layer card and completely flat for posting :o)

You have nudged me to remember I also have some which have not seen the light of day in ages Jackie.
But sometimes it's nice to get things out afresh as we look at them in a totally different light. I particularly like the second and I do like reds/pinks and green as a combo.

Me again Jackie, meant to say yes that is a PB sentiment.

Fabulous - what a gorgeous stamp. I no longer have any stamps. Posted them all off to Sylvia (escreet) as she does lots of charity cards . At least they will get used and for a good cause.
Hahaha...that is so true! Just when I found my stamps, I had to pack them up for the big move. I hope when I unpack in 2 months and find them that I will leave on my desk, blow off the dust and enjoy, especially after seeing your beautiful card.
This is gorgeous Jackie, such a beautiful design and I love the sentiment.

Glad you re-invented them Jackie! LOVE the effect of looking through the aperture of flowers into the fern leaves on the inside. Totally gorgeous. I've got four sets of these that haven't seen the light of day in as many years as yours!! Cor! xxx
Have never seen these Tapestry stamps but they look so pretty and I love the effect.
Hope your shoulders are feeling a little better. Last winter, I had lots of aches and pains. When I was in my 20s, I would complain to my late father about a sore toe (or something trivial) - he was in his 70's then, and he would roll his eyes and say: "Wait till you get to my age - you will wonder what you were complaining about". Well, I am in my 50s and wish I had been more sympathetic with him - and I now wonder WHY I was complaining back then! I feel a little silly now when I look back LOL!
