Another friend's anniversary card

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well with you and yours. The sun is shining here this morning, not sure for how long though!
I can't believe it's the last day of my holiday, I have to go back to work tomorrow! I don't mind though because I have run out of money. The weather wasn't conducive to going out and taking photographs so I went out spending instead. Three different craft shops and lots of dies later, my purse is empty! No, I don't use a card for my craft shopping, I go to shops and see and feel before I buy.
I have 4 friends with anniversaries in August, this is the second card so that's 2 down, 2 to go :o)

Base card is white hammered cut and folded to 6x6.
I versamarked the Lindsay Mason flutterbies onto plain white card and heat embossed with Stampendous detail white, then went over it with brayer using Big & Juicy Spice inkpad.
I layered the main panel onto copper pearlised card from ??? added a scrap of ribbon from stash, then layered onto the base card. Copper flutterbies cut using SU embosslits folder and that's all there is to it :o)

WOW!! This is stunning Jackie. I really love the way you have heat embossed the butterflies in white and then applied the other gorgeous colours.
I agree it is nice to see things before buying, unfortunately most of the craft shops near to me have closed now.
Hope you have a good day
Hugs Sue

Hi Jackie, I'm back-tracking now that I'm feeling better - the cold has almost gone. Beautiful card - great techniques and colours - I forget sometimes that I have Big & Juicy ink pads stowed away. The scrap of ribbon is the perfect colour. I don't use a credit card to buy stash with either ... can you just imagine the damage I could do to my finances if I did! No, if I can't afford it, I can't have it - hope you are enjoying being back at work :) Elizabeth x
